Founded in 1993 by Kevin B. Ingalls, Starline Limousines (SL) is a family-owned company that started with just one vehicle. It wasn't long before SL became active in the local associations and an active member in the National Limousine Association (NLA). Presently the SL fleet consists of quite an assortment of vehicles, ranging from Sedans, Suv's, Vans, Limousines, Mini Buses and Motor Coaches.
