TRANSFER
A "Transfer" is a point to point type of service (Example: From your residence to the airport). Most transfers are direct from A to B, although pre-scheduled stops may be incorporated at an additional fee per stop or time period. (See Supplemental Services). Transfer rates are determined by distance. (Tolls. parking fee(s) and fuel surcharge may apply).
CHARTER or HOURLY
A "Charter or Hourly" reservation would require the vehicle for a specific number of hours (See Minimum Hours). Charters usually have a pre-set itinerary of locations and times, although this may not available at the time of the reservation. Most charters are a combination of a pre determined schedule and any requests by the passenger at that time. Charter rates are not determined by distance, but rather by hours used. (Tolls, parking fee and fuel surcharge may apply).
PICK-UP And/Or DROP-OFF
Same as a Transfer.
AIRPORT MEET & GREET
At the Orlando International Airport (MCO), passengers arriving are to meet their drivers in the baggage claim area (Level 2) of the airline of their scheduled flight. Passengers not finding their driver at the bottom of the escalator near the information desk in the baggage claim area can call 407-679-8844 for the status of their driver. Driver meet & greet service is included in all airport transfer rates. (Note, since 9/11/01 no gate access is allowed to drivers. Special Meet & Greet Services are available to passengers at their gate by a contracted services agent for an additional fee. (See Supplemental Services).
12AM-AM SERVICE
Scheduled reservation times starting after 12:00am and before 5:00am will incur an additional service fee of $20.00. Airport flight arrivals that are scheduled prior to 12:00am but land after 12:00am will also incur an additional $20.00 service fee.
HOLIDAY SERVICE

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT ARRIVAL
At Orlando International Airport (MCO) arriving passengers from most foreign destinations are required to clear customs. This process may take from 15 minutes and as long as 1 hour depending of volume of passengers and the number of international flight arrivals at customs clearing area. There are various arrivals that will not need to clear customs, and are treated as a domestic arrival, such as Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas. Please check when making reservations as to whether you will need to clear customs. Passengers requiring to clear customs will incur a $20.00 service fee. This fee is to cover the expenses of additional parking fees and your driver wait time. The driver will be in the baggage claim area within minutes of your flight landing.
CHILD SEATS
Please feel free to bring your own child seats, If you require seats, please let us know while making your reservation how many and what size(s) you may need.(Infant, Toddler and Booster). All seats are $10.00 per seat. "Florida Child Restraint Law" (Florida Statute 316.613). All children under the age of 6 must be properly restrained no matter where they are sitting in the vehicle. Children through age 3 must be secured in a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child safety seat. For children aged 4 and 5 years, a separate carrier, an integrated child safety seat or a safety belt must be used. Drivers are responsible for buckling up the child. Penalty for violation is a minimum of $60 and 3 points).
FLORIDA SEAT BELT LAW
All front seat occupants must buckle up, regardless of age. Passengers under the age of 18 must be belted in either the front or back seat of the vehicle. The driver is held responsible for passengers under the age of 18 who are not buckled up. Passengers 18 years or older may be individually fined if they are not buckled up. Penalty for violation is a minimum of $30 plus other legal assessments. (Florida Statute 316.614)
PETS
No Problem! Just let us know while making your reservation, so we can inform your chauffeur and make sure that the particular vehicle you have reserved has appropriate luggage space for the additional pet carrier(s). Please note new State of Florida Animal restraint laws may apply.
